Next week the cycling world will descend upon Friedrichshafen, Germany – for the biggest trade show in the industry. With Eurobike drawing ever closer, pretty much every brand has something new and exciting to show us for 2017 – including Muc-Off who today announced 15 new products including loads more ‘Athlete Performance’ items.
The Athlete Performance range is a fairly recent addition to Muc-Off’s armoury and includes items for riders bodies, such as chamois cream and ‘recovery balm’ massage rub. Though we’re not totally convinced all of the products will have a marked difference on performance, we really enjoyed using all of those we’ve tried so far and they certainly left us feeling fresh and rejuvenated.
It seems like Muc-Off are keen to develop the range, adding items such as shaving cream, aftershave balm and SPF moisturiser, all made with natural ingredients. With the cycling industry’s tendency to leave personal hygiene and body-care to cosmetics brands, it’s nice to see someone with bikes on the brain step in.
As well as the Athlete Performance kit, they’ll also be unveiling a new bike lube that remains liquid in temperatures up to minus 50 degrees and a matt finish detailing spray.
Muc-Off have so much to show off, that they tell us their Eurobike stand will be a two-story exhibit (yes, building the BEST stand is part of the competition).
