Founded in the mid-80’s, Yeti Cycles has established an impressive name for themselves in the mountain bike world.
The latest SB100 range boasts versatility on the trails with the evolution of their all-new Switch Infinity mechanism which has been redesigned, repositioned and optimized specifically for a shorter-travel, 29″ wheel bike.
The new Switch Infinity system is smaller than previous models, its been turned 90 degrees and now sits neatly behind the seat tube. This has allowed Yeti to achieve an uninterrupted seat tube to accommodate longer dropper posts and fit larger water bottles.
Yeti set out to develop a bike which behaves like an XC weapon on the climbs and a gravity inspired machine on the descents, making this steed difficult to classify.
Both the SB100 and the SB100 Beti feature Fox’s new Step-Cast 34 120 mm fork as well as SRAM’s new DUB carbon crankset across the line. The SB100 Beti features a shock tuned for lighter riders, 170 mm crankarms and a women’s specific saddle.
This bike is available in at Yeti dealers globally and offered in Carbon-Series with one kit option, TURQ-Series with three kits options and as a frame only. The SB100 Beti is available in sizes small to large.
