TWC were lucky enough to be one of the few members of the media to be given a sneak peak of Rapha's new range at Eurobike 2o15. To say we liked what we saw would be a massive understatement.
Not due to be launched until September, the range offers some really impressive additions to both its urban and performance lines.
On the urban side of things, the biggest story is undoubtedly the addition of a commuter skinny jean. Refined for cycling they have a fantastic fit and look pretty durable. Leggings are also featured in the line. Elsewhere grey and black form the core colours of the range with a nice dollop of mustard thrown in there too. Leather gloves, stylish scarves, bomber jackets and merino wool baselayers result in an impressive line for those who don't want to compromise style on their commute.
On the road side of things, Rapha has also delivered with exceptional fit and its trademark classic style. Royal blues, reds and a bold lime green sit across the range. One of the most exciting additions to the range is a windproof jacket which really sets itself apart from other offerings on the market. With a supersoft lining and super slim fit, it will actually function as a jersey more so than a jacket requiring only a baselayer underneath.
Elsewhere full length winter tights are available in grey and black, the grey with a bold dash of lime green on the calf while the black has a more subdued white. The tights have coordinating winter jerseys, which are unbelievably cosy. The two coordinating items worn together is a pretty bold statement but worn apart they can be mixed and matched.
Full information on the range including prices will be available exclusively on Total Women's Cycling over the next week, so keep your eyes peeled!!!
We stepped inside their tent at this year's Eurobike and instantly fell in love with their exciting new colours and styles for the women's road range.
With an elegant selection of winter warmer accessories and edgy urban pattern they have running across their stylish commuter range, we can't wait for their official release, but for now, here's a preview of what to expect.
