The award winning British MTB brand, Flare Clothing, has released their new 2017 collection and it's available for pre-order now.

What began as a university project, Hannah Myers' brain child has grown into one of the most known and favoured women's MTB clothing brand. Combining functional fabrics, performance cuts and seriously brilliant designs, Flare Clothing co have firmly cemented their place in every rider's wardrobe.

Trail testing the new Flare downhill kit

Each year Flare Clothing launches a colourful collection of mountain worthy kit, and this year is no different. Rather than producing a women's and men's specific kit, Flare have made the bold decision to harmonise the gender differences in their kit and transport similarities across. Along with a new logo, Flare's new approach to 2017 is certainly one to be excited for.

Drawing inspiration from nature, Hannah has used the forest and mountain lines to incorporate into her designs. With new lightweight and breathable stretch fabric, these jerseys keep you cool, while the complementing shorts are also 4-way stretch to move with you in the saddle.

By contrast, thicker fabrics have been used for more durability in Flare's downhill Roost Jersey, and the shorts that complete the outfit are constructed with a 4-way stretch fabric for the ideal balance in protection and comfort.
