Been for a long ride recently?

The feeling of achievement when you finish your longest ride, hilliest sportive or most epic MTB trail is huge - and it's well worth spending some time dwelling on what you've managed to complete.

Of course, uploading a ride isn't as simple as just getting it on the screen - you then spend at least 10 minutes thinking of a name that succinctly wraps up your experience (and any required excuses)...

After that, you might spend 30 minutes comparing Strava efforts to previous years or other riders.
