Rather than pick up a protein bar, or pre-made post workout treat, make your own delicious snacks.

If working out, or having a hard cycle session wasn't rewarding enough, top it off with home-baked power bites. We love finding new tasty recipes to try out at home, and what's better, is that they're healthy and delicious.

The Cherry experts, CMI, have been educating us on the wonderful benefits of cherries and how easy it can be to add these scrummy fruits to our trail and workout snacks.
