Recipe: Pistachio and Apricot Powerballs

Don't underestimate the power of one of these little balls

Just because these are small it doesn’t mean that they won’t provide you with all the umph you need on the bike.

Eat one of these bite sizes balls on a ride and your body will be provided with enough energy to tackle any road ahead.

Snacks really don’t get much more bike friendly than this, you can pop these in foil and stash them in your back pocket on your next ride!

 Pistachio and Apricot Powerballs: You’ll need…

– 100g of American pistachios, de-shelled.

– 140g of dried apricots.

– 2 tbsp of rolled oats.

– 4 tbsp of peanut or other nut butter.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until well combined.

With wet hands, squash the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut.

Store in an airtight container the and save them for your next ride, they should lasts for around four days.
