Nutrition Content of Healthy Snacks Exposed
Give yourself the best start to the morning, with our super-duper wake up breakfast smoothie. We love breakfasts, so thought we would combine to of our very favourites, smoothies and porridge oats.
It will keep the hunger at bay and keep you fuelled for a long day ahead in the saddle!
- 3/4 of a pear
- 1/4 of a cup of gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 of a cup of Greek yoghurt (we used plain)
- 3/4 of a cup of non-fat milk (you can also use coconut milk for this)
Wake up, whip all the ingredients in a food processor and voila!
