If you’re looking for a simple hairstyle that looks great, takes only a couple of minutes to create and won’t get spoilt underneath your helmet, than you’re at the right place.

Follow these simple steps and watch the video below to create The Half-Up Hair Twist.

Step 1) Pull back the top section of your hair and secure loosely with a hair band.

Step 2) Using a comb or your finger create a hole in the hair above the hair band.

Step 3) Pull the hair from the ponytail through this hole.

Step 4) Add a clip to cover the hair band and spray.
